Barnhardt Residence Hall, built in 1965, underwent a major renovation in 2010 that added additional residence hall rooms on the second and third floors.

The first floor is currently being used by the Athletics Department for coaches' offices until the new Levine Center for Wellness and Recreation is built.  Ultimately, Barnhardt will undergo further exterior renovation to provide a new façade, making it more aesthetically compatible with the Georgian style architecture of the rest of campus.
