Queens purchased a five-story apartment building located a half-mile north of the main campus in 2008.

After a major renovation, North Residence Hall opened in the fall of 2008, and now provides 28 apartment homes for upperclassmen.

Each apartment has a full kitchen, dining nook and living room, and access to parking next to the building. A shuttle provides transportation to the main campus on a varying schedule.
