If you or anyone in your party requires special seating, parking or interpreter services at either a Commencement ceremony or Baccalaureate, please complete the Special Needs Form on the Commencement website by April 22^nd.

Tickets
Tickets are not required for any Commencement ceremony except in the event of rain.  Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chartwells Party Pack To Go

Graduation Pick Up Menu: $200 + tax

• Assorted Cheese and Fresh Fruit Tray: Seasonal Sliced Fresh Fruit and Berries served with a selection of gourmet cheeses and crackers
• Hummus Platter: red pepper and traditional hummus served with homemade pita crisps, celery stalks and carrot sticks 
• Sub Selections: combo of turkey, roast beef, ham, veggies (tomato, lettuce, onion),and cheese. with whole wheat sub rolls and condiments.(2 dozen)
• Shrimp Cocktail: traditional jumbo shrimp served with lemons and zesty cocktail sauce (3 dozen) 
• Brownie Bite Platter: decorated with buttercream frosting and fruit topping (2 dozen)
• Clear plastic plates, white dinner napkins, disposable tongs and spoons are included. One order serves approximately 20 guests. 

Local Restaurants 
Several local restaurants offer discounts to Queens students, so be sure to inquire about availability when you make your reservation for your post-graduation meal.  McCormick and Schmick's, for example, is offering graduation specials for lunch and dinner in their main dining room or a 10% discount for any private dining party booked between May 1st & June 15.  Contact the restaurant for more details.
