Senior Scholars at Queens
Senior Scholars was formed in the late 1960s when faculty from Queens, Central Piedmont Community College, and UNC Charlotte began volunteering to provide educational programming for local seniors (adults aged 50 and older) who desired intellectual stimulation without the commitment to long-term enrollment.
