Heather Roberts earned her A.S. in Nursing from Central Piedmont Community College, her B.S. in Nursing from UNC-Charlotte, and her M.S. in Nursing from Queens University of Charlotte. She joined the Queens faculty in 2012 as an instructor in the Presbyterian School of Nursing. Prior to that, she taught in the Continuing Education Department at Queens.
Her nursing background includes critical care and clinical research for Chronic Hepatitis C. During graduate school, she became interested in health informatics and completed an informatics capstone. She is currently the Health Informatics instructor for the Presbyterian School of Nursing.
