Outside of the classroom, you’ll have the opportunity to give dramatic performances in the Hadley Theatre and interact directly with distinguished writers brought to campus through the department’s Reading Series. You can also join the “Signet” staff to produce our undergraduate art and literary magazine. English majors may obtain a teaching license at the high school level in coordination with the Cato School of Education.
