Jennifer Bratyanski teaches U.S. History Survey and the history topics course Civil Rights in America. She also teaches the American Studies survey as well as American Studies topics courses that include : The 1980s: A Totally Awesome Decade; Hustlers, Homeboys, and Homicidal Maniacs: Race, Ethnicity and Sexuality in American Contemporary Films.  

Her research interests include recent American history, post-1945,  social and political movements of the late 20th century, and American cultural studies.
