Ruth Baldrige

Ruth Baldrige has an extensive background as an structor and consultant in organizational communication and development; human resource operations and management; corporate communication; technical writing and editing; instructional design, development and delivery; project management; systems; and finance.

Ms. Baldrige completed her Master of Arts in Organizational Communication at Queens University of Charlotte, where her thesis was on the role of communication theory in the practice of coaching. In addition to being on the faculty of The Knight School of Communication since receiving her degree, she is the managing consultant for a communication consulting organization.  Ms. Baldrige teaches organizational communication, business communication, public speaking and culture and diversity classes at Queens and local universities.
