Christopher Pereira is an instructor in the Knight School of Communication where he teaches Media Law and Ethics.
Pereira specializes in commercial contract law and has worked in corporate litigation and electronic discovery for the past four years. He is an expert in the field of constitutional law, particularly the First Amendment, and is focused on the ever-evolving world of internet privacy.
Chris earned his BA in Political Science and BSBA in Marketing from Appalachian State University and his JD from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has also studied internationally at Fudan University in Shanghai, China and Ca'Foscari University in Venice, Italy, the latter under United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
