Transformational Leadership & Change is a powerful leadership experience that has become one of our most popular graduate courses. We have created a  version specifically for our alumni and other executives who may have missed this opportunity.

 This intensive 3-day program focuses on helping you to achieve a greater sense of self and peace. Using a highly experiential approach, instructors will lead the group through a combination of leadership assessments, mindfulness training, visioning, art work and small group discussion to create a platform for transformational change. Among the things we will explore are building personal resiliency, moving towards self-actualization and identifying and managing your unique leadership.
