MS in Organization Development

The Master of Science in Organization Development program (MSOD) is intended for working professionals who are interested in designing and leading organizational change. Grounded in the behavioral and management sciences, the MSOD program provides students with an understanding of the dynamics of organizational culture change in organizational systems. Students have the opportunity to graduate with an MS in Organization Development and a Certificate in Coaching.

Requirements for a Master of Science in Organizational Development:

The Master of Science in Organization Development is a 36 credit hour program. The program includes 27 credit hours of core courses and 9 credit hours of electives.

*To earn the Coaching Certificate and the Master of Science in Organization Development students complete Advanced Topics in Coaching Theories and Application (ODEV 645) and Coaching Practicum (ODEV 650) as two of their elective courses.
