Matt Minahan , Ed. D.

 Matt Minahan, Ed. D., has more than 30 years’ experience in consulting to and advising leaders in strategic planning, organization design and development, executive coaching, leadership development, management effectiveness, and decision-making.

Matt has held an adjunct faculty appointment to The Johns Hopkins University business school since 1998, and has taught OD and Strategic HR in the MBA programs at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland. He is regular guest lecturer on strategy and OD in two doctoral programs, and regularly offers workshops at OD Network conferences. He is currently serving on the board of the OD Network, and is a past board member of the Chesapeake Bay OD Network.

Matt is a member of NTL Institute, where he is a dean and staffs learning laboratories and training programs in self-awareness and interpersonal skills for human interaction and leadership success.

Matt writes frequently in journals on OD, and his 2010 article, “OD and HR: Do We Want the Lady or the Tiger?” was awarded the Best Article of 2010 by the editorial board of the OD Practitioner.
