Dr. Beth Z. Schneider teaches undergraduate and graduate strategy at the McColl School of Business. Prior to joining Queens, she served as a management instructor and program director at George Mason University and James Madison University. She has also owned and operated several small businesses and provides consulting services to entrepreneurs.
Her research focuses on strategic implementation addressing leadership tactics, strategic IQ and the strategic process of emerging market firms. She has published several articles and is the co-author of a national and international textbook, "Interpersonal Skills in Organizations" Fifth Edition published by McGraw Hill. Her textbook, being published by Sage Publications, introduces a new leadership model for improving decision making and is due out Summer 2016.
