Through our Executives-In-Residence program, high-level executives bring the realities of business leadership to life.  The Executives in Residence have an on-campus office and are integrally involved in the business curriculum.  They direct our Thought Leader Symposia and Panel Discussions, providing opportunities for small groups of students to interact and discuss leadership development topics with diverse and proven leaders.

The McColl School has a diverse group of on-going Executives-In-Residence.  In addition to the ongoing Executives in Residence, we invite the winner of the Business Woman of the Year award to serve the academic year following her award. McColl School Executives-In-Residence are executives who have established reputations as effective leaders, have substantial experience to share, and are willing to share that experience with our graduate students.
