Most of our students participate in short-term faculty-led programs at the end of their junior year. For 10-14 days, students travel as a class with their professor to a region that enriches their semester of study. For instance, you can study biodiversity in Ecuador, British literature in London, art history in Florence and much more.
"82% of students who study abroad develop a more sophisticated way of looking at the world."
- Institute for the International Education of Students (IES), 2014
Faculty-led programs travel to countries across the globe, giving students a rich, educational experience that will inform the rest of their time at Queens, if not the rest of their lives.
Example program destinations:
- China / Hong Kong
- Costa Rica
- Czech Republic
- South Africa
- United Kingdom
And the best part? Almost all the costs are covered in your tuition.
