Traditional Undergraduate Scholarships

Queens offers a variety of scholarships for traditional undergraduate students. All students must be applying as an incoming freshman to be considered for these awards. When you fill out the scholarship application, you will be considered for a variety of merit-based scholarships including the Presidential, Byrum, Trustee, Dean, James L. Knight School of Communication, Reece A. Overcash, and Cato School of Education scholarships.

Scholarship Opportunities for Currently Enrolled Queens Students

Merit-based Awards

To be considered for any of the following Merit-based Awards listed below, please complete the Scholarship Application above.

Byrum Scholars Premier merit and leadership based scholarship, participation in scholarship program required   4 years

Dean Scholar Premier merit based scholarship, participation in scholarship program required   4 years
University Scholarship Merit scholarship based on grade point average and test scores. Will follow admission notification. Varies 4 years

Transfer Student Scholarships

Transfer students are automatically considered for merit awards ranging from $9,000-$13,000 per year. Awards are provided upon admission notification based upon academic eligibility.

International Student Scholarships

International students are automatically considered for merit awards ranging from $8,000-$11,000 per year. Awards are provided upon admission notification based upon academic eligibility.
