Payment Plan and Billing

Parent Tip:

Your student can set up a "Parent Pin" on myAccount!  All he or she needs is a log-in name chosen by you or the student and a parent e-mail address.

Tell your student to go the "Student Accounts" link on myAccount, click "Make a Payment Online" and select "Add New."

This will grant you access to make payments for your child online.

Review your bill and submit your payment via myAccount under the "Student Accounts" link. Full payment OR enrollment in a payment plan must be received by Queens by August 1st. You will be able to view your charges and financial aid online beginning in July. A hard copy of your bill will be mailed for the first term, but may not be mailed for future terms. Please actively review your student account for the most up to date account information.

Four Month Payment Plan Per Term - Fall & Spring

All students enrolled in for credit programs may take advantage of the four month payment plan during fall and spring.   Only charges for the current term of enrollment can be paid on this plan. Payments for fall are due on the 1st of the month beginning on August 1st through November 1st.  Spring payments begin January 1st through April 1st.  To enroll in this plan each term, please go to myAccount to:

  • Pay set up fee of $50
  • Divide the term charges by four (include all session for that term) to determine payment amount
  • Sign up to auto draft your monthly payment from a credit /debit card or checking account - remember there is a service fee credit/debit cards.  Also, please note that most financial institutions do not permit savings accounts to be linked for auto pay - please check with your bank.
  • If you enroll in the payment plan after the first payment plan due date you must make a manual one time payment to catch up.
