How to Apply for Readmission

If you previously enrolled at Queens and withdrew from the institution, here's how you can apply for readmission to continue your studies.

1. Verify
Contact our Registrar's office to verify that you have fully withdrawn from Queens at (704)337-2242 or registrar@queens.edu.

2. Apply
If you have fully withdrawn, you'll need to submit your application to return.

Along with your application, you must submit a 1-2 page personal statement detailing your reasons for withdrawing and why you wish to return. Please email your personal statement directly to Jon Sims, Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, at simsj@queens.edu.

If you’ve enrolled at any other institution since withdrawing from Queens you will need to submit official transcripts from all universities for evaluation, as well as your signed Statement of Good Standing form from the most recent school.  Submit the Statement of Good Standing form to the Dean of Students office at the last college or university in which you were enrolled and have it forwarded to the Office of Admissions. It may be faxed to (704) 337 2403 or scanned and emailed to Jon Sims directly.  Once this information is received you will receive direct communication on your readmission and next steps.
