Housing & Meal Plan
Living on campus is an important and fun aspect of college life. It provides added benefits to your overall Queens experience like convenience, academic success, leadership opportunities, and community building.
All incoming students are required to live on campus until your junior year, unless you are commuting from your parent/guardian's home.
After you have received your Queens email address and password, (typically within 2-3 business days) complete your housing contract, room, and roommate preferences in the "Residence Life" section of http://myaccount.queens.edu. This allows you to preference your community, complete roommate matching survey, and to select your meal plan preferences. Before making your selections, be sure to open, print, and review the assignment instructions as well as review the housing community rates and the meal plan options. Only by completing all steps listed in the instructions will you be able to get an assignment.
- Housing contracts are due no later than noon on June 25
If you are commuting from home, be sure to complete the Commuter Student Form. Commuter students will also have the option of signing up for a commuter meal plan at the beginning of the semester. Eating on campus will save you time and help you connect to the campus community, so it's a great option for commuters!
