Payment Plan and Billing
Your student can set up a "Parent Pin" on myAccount! All he or she needs is a log-in name chosen by you or the student and a parent e-mail address.
Tell your student to go the "Student Accounts" link on myAccount, click "Make a Payment Online" and select "Add New."
This will grant you access to make payments for your child online.
Review your bill and submit your payment via myAccount under the "Student Accounts" link. Full payment OR enrollment in a payment plan must be received by Queens by August 1st. You will be able to view your charges and financial aid online beginning in July. A hard copy of your bill will be mailed for the first term, but may not be mailed for future terms. Please actively review your student account for the most up to date account information.

Note for Fall New Students Only: If you are interested in the 10 month payment plan, contact your Student Financial Services counselor. This agreement is not available online and is only approved through your counselor. The first payment on the 10 month plan is due on August 1st.
You may notice a charge for Student Health Insurance on your student account. If you have insurance you may be eligible to waive the university's plan. After you see the charge on your account you may apply to waive this insurance online.
