Payment Plan and Billing
Your student can set up a "Parent Pin" on myQueens! All he or she needs is a log-in name chosen by you or the student and a parent e-mail address.
Tell your student to go the "Finances" tab on myQueens, click "Make a Payment Online" and select "Add New."
This will grant you access to make payments for your child online.
Review your billing statement, which will be mailed to you separately, and submit your payment to the University Cashier. Full payment OR enrollment in a payment plan must be received by Queens by the payment due date. Bills will be mailed out 1 month prior to payment being due.

Note for Fall New Students Only: After July 1st traditional undergraduates may contact their individual financial aid counselor if they would like to enroll in the 10-month financial planning agreement. This agreement is not available online and is only approved through your financial aid counselor. Start payment date is July 15th, but can be started later up to August 15th with a catch-up payment option.
Most students choose to pay their bill online through MyQueens. Once available, you can pay by clicking on the "Finances" tab.
Once you receive your bill you may notice the Queens health insurance plan on your bill, you may waive this insurance online.
