The Basics:

To get started, you need to fill out the Online Application for Admission.

If you left Queens for Personal Reasons and have not attended another college or university since your departure, you need to submit:

  • Personal Statement outlining why you left Queens and why you wish to return.  Please email the personal statement directly to Jon Sims, readmission admissions counselor, at simsj@queens.edu.

If you left Queens for personal reasons and have attended another college or university since your departure, you need to submit:

  • Official college transcript(s) from the college(s) you have attended since your withdrawal from Queens.
  • Submit the Statement of Good Standing form to the Office of the Dean of Students at the last college or university in which you were enrolled and have it forwarded to the Office of Admissions.  It may be faxed to (704) 337 2403.
