Frequently Asked Questions
Please contact the Office of Alumni Programs at email@example.com or 704-337-2536 with any questions you might have.
Must I pre-register for Reunion?
Yes. Pre-registration is important for all Reunion events, especially those with a fee, to ensure that we have enough seating and refreshments to accommodate everyone. If you wait to register at Reunion, we cannot guarantee seating with your class, meal selection, etc.
What if I have mobility concerns or special dietary needs?
When you pre-register with the registration form from your formal invitation, or online, simply fill in the "Accessibility or Dietary Needs" section. We are accustomed to making special arrangements so that everyone can enjoy Reunion!
What does my reunion fee cover? Must I pay the registration fee for my guest or spouse?
Your reunion fee helps to offset the operating costs associated with Reunion Weekend. Queens does not make a profit from Reunion, and we do our best to offer a range of free and reasonably-priced events for everyone to enjoy. Alumni do not pay the reunion fee for guests and spouses.
Are spouses welcome at Reunion?
Yes, spouses are welcome to all events and mostly attend the Kick-Off Reception at the President's Home, 50th Reunion Dinner, Burwell & Blue Jeans and Greek Open House.
Where will I be able to park?
Parking will be available in various campus lots, and golf carts will be available for those who need assistance navigating campus. Click here to view the campus parking map. Most areas currently listed as "University Permit" will be made available for Reunion attendees.
What should I wear?
Above all else, please dress comfortably. There is no dress code for Reunion, and attire ranges from casual to festive. On Friday night, many attendees will enjoy the Kick-Off Reception at the President's Home, immediately followed by Burwell & Blue Jeans on the Burwell Lawn. Attendees should dress comfortably for the Kick-Off Reception and simply head over to Burwell afterward.
