Queens' annual Scholars Luncheon recognizes the university's generous named annual and endowed scholarship donors and provides scholarship recipients an opportunity to offer their thanks in person. Held each spring since 2005, this special event features personal donor and recipient testimonials and honors those who have made significant contributions to new or existing scholarship funds that year.
"Being a donor means you're a dreamer. But instead of dreaming for yourself, you envision making a way for the dreams of others to become real. This is a rare quality in today's world. Thank you for allowing us to dream and for taking a risk on students like me."
- Caroline Henry '17, Shirley Tison Ward '49 Presidential Scholar
