Fitness Center

2011 is a year of transition as the Queens campus prepares for the arrival of the Levine Center for Wellness & Recreation. As a result,  the Queens Fitness Center will be relocated to its temporary home in the lower level of Belk Residence Hall. There is no need to forego your wellness plan as this interim location will continue to offer the Queens community extensive cardio and strength training equipment in a convenient, comprehensive and comfortable space. Treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bicycles, as well as free weights, resistance training and other strength training equipment will be available. The Fitness Center is open and is FREE to all students, faculty and staff year round. Please be prepared to show an official Queens ID and sign-in upon arrival.

Continue to check the myQueens Portal website as additional fitness programs will be offered throughout the academic year. These programs will range in fitness classes and walking/running/biking groups to nutritional speakers.

For more information or event inquiries, contact Patrick Motter, Assistant Director of Campus Recreation and Engagement, at (704) 337-2455.
