Housing Contract

All students that need a housing assignment based upon our Residency Requirement must first complete a housing contract.  By agreeing to the contract, the student agrees to the terms, conditions, and requirements of living on campus.

New Students:
After submitting the $300 enrollment deposit, new students should navigate to, log in with their Queens username and password, and then click the Residence Life tab to submit their contract.  As part of the housing contract, all new students will complete a roommate matching survey.  While this tool does not guarantee a perfect roommate match, your completion of this survey allows us to better match you with someone compatible.
