Housing Contract

All students that need a housing assignment based upon our Residency Requirement must first complete a housing contract.  By agreeing to the contract, the student agrees to the terms, conditions, and requirements of living on campus.

New Students:
After submitting the $300 enrollment deposit, new students should navigate to http://myaccount.queens.edu, log in with their Queens username and password, and then click the Residence Life tab to submit their contract.  As part of the housing contract, all new students will complete a roommate matching survey.  While this tool does not guarantee a perfect roommate match, your completion of this survey allows us to better match you with someone compatible.
