The Intramural Sports program at Queens University of Charlotte provides a healthy atmosphere for competition amongst members of the Queens community. Intramural Sports activities and resources are available to all students, faculty and staff.
Professional and student staff collaborate to deliver a variety of activities and competitions throughout the year and vary in intensity, required commitment and degree of athletic prowess. The offerings differ from year to year in response to student requests and popularity. The Intramural Sports program is open to suggestions about new and innovative activities that will engage the Queens community.
Over 150 students participate in games such as:
- Ultimate Frisbee
- and more!
Along with the variety of activities, the programs vary as to the necessary time commitment. Activities can range from one day tournaments to multi-week seasons. Some program offerings are available for team play, while others are open for individuals and/or pairs. There are many programs, but if you do not find something of interest, please contact us with suggestions and we will try to accommodate wherever possible.
Watch for more information about the Intramural Sports program around campus, in RexMail, and on the myQueens Portal to find the upcoming activity that is most fitting.
