Event Details

The Drama Program presents one of the great and final plays of William Shakespeare in an adaptation that unites Queens students and faculty of drama, music, art and dance. The story begins with a violent storm that washes characters ashore on a remote island. Prospero's magic brings about revelations and redemption in this funny, romantic and enchanting play. Based on the classic and presented with contemporary flair, the production features original musical composition, original dance choreography and original digital interactive scenery. This collaborative play kicks off the Spring Festival of The Arts at Queens. The Hadley Theater is located on Queens' main campus at the back wing of Myers Park Traditional School, 2132 Radcliffe Ave.
