Carly Fiorina started her business career as a secretary and went on to become one of the first women to lead a Fortune 20 company. She is one of the world's most distinguished business innovators as well as an influential thought leader, cultural pioneer, best-selling author and top advisor to both the private and public sectors.
Fiorina served as chairman and chief executive officer of Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) from 1999 to 2005 as well as helming the Compaq Computer merger, now acknowledged to be the most successful in high-tech history. Fiorina's success also includes more than two decades at AT&T and Lucent Technologies.
As the chair of the Fiorina Foundation, chair of The One Woman Initiative - A Fund for Women's Empowerment and a founding partner with The African Leadership Academy, she believes in giving back.
