ELC members are invited to join us for a Lunch and Learn featuring John Bennett; Developing YOU and Others: Executive Coaching.

In most companies the largest operating expense is "people". Developing and effectively leading human capital is critical to success. We often hear about coaches helping business leaders develop and be successful. In this program, we will talk about coaching: what it is; the value to businesses; and, how to select a high-quality coach. In addition, you will learn about the McColl School's innovative executive coaching education programs.

Our presenter:

John Bennett is an associate professor and director of the MS in Executive Coaching program at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. He teaches graduate courses in executive coaching and organization development. He is an educator, researcher, author, consultant and executive coach. John is a frequent speaker at academic and professional conference. Prior to joining the faculty at Queens, John spent 18 years as an executive with the American Red Cross and founder of Lawton Associates a consulting firm focused on helping individuals and organizations prepare for, excel through and improve from change. He is a Board Certified Coach. He earned his doctorate in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University.
