The annual Book and Author events have established a reputation for excellence throughout the Charlotte community. This spring, Friends of the Library at Queens welcomes Robert Morgan with his latest, "Lions of the West," on both March 5 and 6. Morgan's novel "Gap Creek" was a selection of the Oprah Book Club and a New York Times bestseller. Sharyn McCrumb, author of "The Ballad of Tom Dooley," will also be featured at the dinner, and Lisa See, author of "Dreams of Joy," will also be featured at the luncheon.
