Register now for a financial planning program at 10 a.m. on June 6 hosted by Queens University of Charlotte and presented by The Women's Inter-Cultural Exchange (WIE). "Financial Outlook for Women across Race & Culture in Today's Economy" will be presented in partnership with TIAA-CREF, and the agenda includes a panel presentation and luncheon that explore women's relationships with money and planning for the future.
The panel of experts will discuss the current state of the economy, women's relationships with finances and ways to save and accumulate wealth for the future. Presenters include Alexander Sherrod; Deepika Bajaj, founder and president of Invincibelle; Reisa Bryan, director human resources, TIAA-CREF; Karen Wimbish, director of retail retirement for Wells Fargo; and Michele Shaul, professor, Department of Foreign Languages at Queens.
The luncheon discussion will be "Your Financial Future: Take Control Now" featuring Teresa Hassara, senior managing director of institutional client services, TIAA-CREF.
