The primary role of the Office of the Registrar is to maintain academic records, manage registration, and orchestrate the academics of commencement. The Registrar works closely with faculty and academic administrators in developing, explaining, and enforcing academic policies. In addition, the office collaborates with other administrative offices to serve students, faculty, parents, staff, and other universities. The Registrar's role spans both the academic and administrative sides of the school, making them uniquely able to contribute to institutional goal-setting and problem-solving.
The Office of the Registrar supports the Queens University of Charlotte mission statement by ethically and responsibly establishing, maintaining, and facilitating the processes necessary for accurate student records.
