Transcript Requests

Requests for transcripts must be made on-line.  Phone requests will not be accepted.   Order transcript now.

Queens University of Charlotte has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide all transcript ordering services. All processing fees will be paid through their secure server. Your debit/credit card will be charged after your order has been completed.

This on-line service walks you through the ordering process and provides notifications as orders are received and processed by the Registrar's Office.  You may also go to this site and track the status of your request.

Please be sure to sign the consent form electronically or print, sign and fax it to the National Student Clearinghouse.  Orders will not be available to the Registrar's Office unless this form is signed.

Note: If you have an outstanding financial obligation with the University, a transcript will not be issued. Please contact Student Financial Services at 704-337-2225 to make all necessary payment arrangements.

Types of Transcripts and Delivery Options

Official transcripts bear the university seal and the Registrar's signature. They are issued to an academic institution, governmental agency, or employer.

Official, Electronic Delivery- Processed daily Monday through Friday

This is the preferred delivery method for your transcript. Reducing processing and delivery time, transcripts are sent to a secure server where the recipient will retrieve the transcript.

Official, Paper Copy- Processed weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings; additional time may be required during peak times. This processing time does not include mailing time.

Paper copies may be given to the student in a sealed envelope. This sealed envelope bearing the Registrar's signature may not be opened by the student.

Unofficial- Processed weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings; additional time may be required during peak times. This processing time does not include mailing time.

Unofficial transcripts are issued directly to the student. An unofficial transcript does not bear the university seal or the signature of the registrar.

  • Current Students: Current students should access their unofficial transcript through myAccount.
  • Former Students: You may request an unofficial transcript by completing the Unofficial Transcript Request Form. Please remember to sign the request form (electronic signature will not be accepted).  Mail or fax the request to the address provided on the form.
