Apply to Live on Campus
We are excited to welcome you to Queens University of Charlotte and life on campus! All students that need a housing assignment based upon our Residency Requirement must first complete a housing contract. By agreeing to the contract, the student agrees to the terms, conditions, and requirements of living on campus. Please make sure you read the contract in its entirety. It can be found here: 2016-2017 Housing Contract
Before applying for housing, it's important to know your options! We have eight different residence halls that offer a variety of amenities and floor plans. Some are also designated as freshmen-only or upperclassmen-only communities. Please visit our Residence Halls tab on the left to learn more about the on-campus options at Queens.
New Students (incoming freshmen or transfer students):
After submitting the $300 enrollment deposit, new students should navigate to housing.queens.edu, log in with their Queens username and password, and then begin filling out the requested information. As part of the housing contract, all new students will complete a roommate matching survey. While this tool does not guarantee a perfect roommate match, your completion of this survey allows us to better match you with someone compatible.
Students interested in being a part of a living learning community should be aware that there is a separate application process. Students who are interested in learning more about this unique experience should navigate to the Living Learning Community tab to the left.
All current students will have an opportunity to participate in Returning Student Room Selection during the Spring semester. During selection, returning students should navigate to housing.queens.edu, log in with their Queens username and password, and then begin filling out the requested information. If you are a current student and did not participate in Room Selection and need a housing assignment, please contact the Assistant Director of Assignments, Amanda Morlaes (email@example.com).
