If you plan to participate in Experience Queens, please submit this form no later than
one week prior to the night of the visit. We will confirm your registration via email.
$40 deposits will be refunded to all students who attend the event or cancel 5 days in advance. Deposits will NOT be refunded to any students who cancel after the cut-off date or who do not show up for the event.
