Reunion 2010
April 23-24
 
Classes ending in a 5 or 0 and the Classes of '63 and '88 will celebrate special Reunions.  All alumni are welcome.  Join us to reconnect with friends and see how your alma mater is evolving. 







Kindly register for each individual event that you plan to attend, including events that are free of charge.  Begin by clicking on “Reunion Registration Fee,” which is where you will enter your name, contact information, guest information, and any special needs that you might have.  Then continue registering for each individual event that you plan to attend, along with the total number of attendees for each event.  When you are done registering for all of your desired events, you may Checkout using a credit card. 

Your formal Reunion invitation will arrive by mail shortly.  You may register for Reunion 2010 by mailing in the response card found in your formal invitation.

Reunion Kick-Off & Meet the Faculty Reception

Join Dr. Pamela Davies at her home for wine and hors d’ oeuvres to kick-off Reunion weekend and mingle with the faculty members you remember, along with some new faces. 

50th Reunion Dinner (Class of ’60 only) - $30 per person

Queens will honor the Class of ’60 at a special dinner celebrating their milestone Reunion.  

Burwell Bash - $25 per person

Burwell Front Lawn
Party on front lawn with your friends and rock out the tunes of a live band sure to please all the decades in attendance. Enjoy great company, beer, wine and food at this very casual event.

Mimosa Reception Honoring Royal Society, Thelma Albright and Cornerstone Society Members (by invitation only)

We invite members of the Royal Society, Thelma Albright and Cornerstone Society to a celebration honoring their commitment to Queens through their generous gifts, bequests and tenure of support. Royal Society members contribute $1,000 or more annually to The Queens Fund. Members of the Thelma Albright Society have included Queens in their long-term planning through bequests, wills or a trust. Donors who have given any amount to The Queens Fund for five or more consecutive years belong to the Cornerstone Society.

If you belonged to a sorority or fraternity, take some time to visit your house and meet your current student brothers and sisters.  Bring memorabilia and stories from your sorority and fraternity days to share with the current students who will tell you about their own traditions and philanthropies.

Class of 1970 Courtyard Unveiling

Everett Library
Everett Library has been an important gathering place for students, faculty and staff for many years.  This fall, the library opened an exciting new feature – a coffee house inside the library building with its own exterior doors that open onto a courtyard and seating area.  Through the generosity of the Class of '70, this important space will undergo a beautiful renovation.  All alumni are invited to celebrate the unveiling of this new space and plans for its expansion, and thank the Class of '70 for spearheading this project to benefit the entire Queens community. 

Class Recognition & Awards Luncheon - $25 per person

Sit with your classmates and catch up over lunch. Enjoy a university update from Dr. Pamela Davies and the presentation of awards to the winners of the Outstanding Alumni, Alumni Service, Honorary Alumni and Sed Ministrare Awards. We will also award the classes with the best attendance and class giving.
