Every detail of the three-day conference is planned to create one powerful experience of self-discovery, building a close and supportive network, and important dialogue on leadership.
Leadership is not about having the right answers. It is about asking the right questions-including the uncomfortable ones. TWIST is an opportunity to connect with a rich and dynamic network of women leaders to gain confidence and self-awareness. Suspend daily responsibilities and disconnect while staying at the Ballantyne Lodge. TWIST provides continued opportunities for women to connect after the conference.
You’ll be among a select group of 40 diverse and interesting women from across the country. We will engage in lively dialogue with our guest speakers and faculty members to explore what it means to be a female leader. During this exclusive leadership experience you will learn how to use the currency of confidence to hold onto our power and play your best hand.

2018 Conference Theme- The Currency of Confidence: How to Ante Up What Women Unknowingly Give Away
In business and in life, women, even those who identify as confident, unwittingly fail to play their best hands. Even consciously confident women often fold and leave their power at the table. When women feel the demands to be all things, to all people, all the time" this problem often intensifies. This conference will heighten an understanding of confidence as a critical currency for women to lead and play their best hands" at work and at home.
