Queens University of Charlotte is pleased to offer the TWIST Breakfast this year featuring Lou Solomon. Her session is titled, "Radical Confidence: Why Successful People Feel Like Impostors and How They Overcome It."
Solomon struggled for many years with the Impostor Mindset, being unable to connect with or believe in their own success. Based on her TEDx Talk, Lou recently published the book, Freeing Your Radical Hero: Fighting the Impostor Mindset. It is a humorous and honest book about changing the internal dialogue that can keep us from enjoying accomplishments.
Lou Solomon is an author, TEDx speaker and the founder of Interact, a firm that helps develop individuals and teams into strong communicators. Solomon holds a Master’s in Organizational Development from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, and is a co-founder of the school’s annual TWIST Conference for Women.
Solomon's articles about authentic communication in the workplace have been published by HBR.com, Entrepreneur.com, CEO.com, the American Management Association, Fast Company, SUCCESS Magazine and more.
