Checks should be made payable to Queens University of Charlotte, with “Phi Alpha Theta” in the memo section. Fees may also be paid in person on the day of the conference. A receipt will be emailed upon receipt of fees.
Conference participants have access to a discounted rate of $109 for a king bed and $119 for two queen beds at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte SouthPark, 4808 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28210.
