Policies and Procedures

• All orders are for pick up only
• All orders may be picked up in the University Bookstore during hours of operation
• All orders must be placed five business days prior to service
• Payment Options include- cash, local check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
• Queens University Purchase Orders are valid for payment, however, this must be provided prior to service. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
• Sodexho Catering Services is not responsible for room reservation, setup, or cleanup
• Equipment must be returned within 24 hours, or the next working day
• Due to the specialized nature of your order, we require 48- hour notice of cancellation.
