Campus Services supports special events set-ups. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for setting up tables, chairs and podiums. We also insure the Heating and Air Conditioning systems are scheduled to operate appropriately during functions and notify Campus Police of events.

- 6ft and 8ft rectangular tables
- Podium
- Folding chairs
- Rearrande furniture for special events
- Deliver/Set-up/Take Down (on campus events only)
- Clean-up before and after event

Set-up requests should be submitted by following the Special Event Request procedures. We request that forms be submitted 48 hours prior to the event, to provide enough time so we can allocate the appropriate labor. |
