The Campus Services Team at Queens is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the Queens’ buildings and campus.  The following list provides a broad overview of services provided.

• Project Management: Over site of approved capital projects.
   
• Special Event/Meeting Room Set-ups: Set-up/Tear down of special events.
   
• Housekeeping Services:  Daily upkeep of college buildings, routine floor care and    exterior window washing.
   
• Routine Maintenance/Repairs: Repairs intended to return equipment and building systems to normal operational condition.
   
• Preventative Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance of buildings systems and equipment with the intention of extending the life of all equipment. 
   
• Grounds Maintenance: Daily upkeep of University’s grounds, installation of annual flowers, and implementation of our annual fertilizer and weed control programs.
   
• Recycling: Campus Services recycles paper and cardboard.
   
• Telephone/Voicemail Services: Management of local telephone, long distance telephone and voicemail services

These programs have been designed to promote the longevity of equipment and buildings, reduce untimely breakdowns, control costs and meet emergencies.
