Charlotte, N.C. (December 7,2007) For 10 days, 16 McColl School of Business PMBA students and alumni, together with Queens faculty and staff, traveled to Santiago, Chile, in May 2007 to live the McColl School motto, “Not just a degree. An experience.” Immersed in a foreign country and asked to adapt to a new language, culture and business approach, the group implemented the McColl School’s three C’s – commitment to community, competence and character. Partnering with Vertical, S.A., an outdoor education and training services company, students lived this mantra through habitat builds, team building exercises and business visits.
