This year's international experience for Interior Design graduate students was a return to London, England.
The purpose of our trip was to study English antiques, specifically the history of some of the significant pieces and styles that have influenced American interior design over the centuries.
We attended antique malls, shops, shows and auctions, as well as flea markets and other venues. Two antique dealers from Charlotte accompanied our Queens group and acted as tour guides.
Our in-depth studies will be housed in Everett Library for reference by interested students.
