The John Belk International Program offers a four- or five-week language immersion and culture program in France or Spain (or in another location of an individual's choosing, such as Siena, Berlin or Costa Rica).
The French program in Nice and the Spanish program in Nerja (in Andalucia, on the Costa del Sol) are ideal for students who want to pursue intensive language study and have an in-depth cultural experience.
Students with various levels of language preparation may participate in these immersion programs and earn six hours of language credit. Outside the classroom, students live with host families, participate in excursions into the surrounding areas, and have the opportunity to travel on their own.
