- The total size of all attachments cannot exceed 3 MB (3000 KB); emails larger than this are refused in total by the Queens server. Send photos attached to seperate emails if necessary.
- Submissions will be posted within 48 hours of University Relations receiving them.
- Please proofread prior to submitting; take particular care with foreign words and names.
- Please provide concise photo captions, or at least identify places and people.
- Indicate the author of trip report and include title (faculty) or class year (students).
- Video clips can be submitted but should not exceed 1 MB (1000 KB).

- Try to avoid leaving empty space around your subject when you want to keep the focus on the subject — zoom in to get closer.
- Photos of places and monuments are more interesting with people in them.
- Position your subject off-center to create a more dynamic composition.
