The ICP office now offers two computerized assessments (Career Liftoff and MAPP.) Each assessment is completed with a Counseling Session with a Blair House staff member to assist in comprehending the results and utilizing them in a life-work plan. These assessments are also part of the World of Work cirriculum. For instructions on how to access these assessments, please see below.

CLII is a 240 question on-line career assessment tool that will assess your career interests and provide you with detailed Profile and Narrative Reports and immediate feedback on your career interests. This report will help you in choosing a college major or choosing a career path.
1. Go to or click on the following http://clii.careerliftoff.com (Note:www is not part of the address) 2. Enter your assigned Login ID*: 3. Enter your assigned Login Password*: 4. Click on Login 5. Name, Email address, and College Major are required fields. Undecided may be used. 6. After reading the instructions and sample questions, click on continue to begin the inventory. 7. Once completed you will be able to view/print your CLII report. It will say, click to view your report.

The basis of MAPP is Motivation - the force within that drives us. This is something that cannot be learned or taught, it is simply "what makes you tick". MAPP is a tool for students and educators to align a person's motivations with the work they do. So take the MAPP and get one step closer to building a satisfying career based on your natural motivations. The goal is to get a job you love, and you'll never work a day in your life.

You will be asked to enter your name, email, and a personal password so we can provide you with a password protected area to view your results and match yourself to the 900 O*NET job descriptions for career exploration. You may return to the site at any time to view your MAPP results by clicking on Your Results and logging in with your email and personal password. Be sure to write your email and password down so you don't forget how to log back in.
