Location Highlights: Engage in a professional internship in one of the most beautiful places in Central America. Interns will work in an area 45 minutes from the capital of San Jose. The program is especially designed for those desiring a unique location with a Spanish language immersion component.

 
 

Internship Projects: Work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Positions available for the following Majors: Biology, Elementary Education, English, Environmental Science, Foreign Language, International Studies, Psychology and Nursing.

 

Queens University Features: Accommodations with host family, three meals a day, 4 weeks intensive language training at beginning of placement, health insurance, 24/7 in-country support, pre-trip help from Queens University Internship liaison, free cell phone rental, orientation, airport pickup, and cultural activity included.

 

Dates: 2 month program: May 31, 2009 through July 25, 2009
