Post with Queens!
Posting on eCampusRecruiter is a great way to connect with current students for internships as well as part time job openings. It also provides the opportunity to post part time and full time jobs for recent grads and experienced students or alumni including the students in the MBA or Organizational Communication graduate programs here at Queens.

Getting set up with us is easy, and free. Just go to the eCampusRecruiter link on our main page or type www.ecampusrecruiter.com/queens into your browser to go directly to the login page.
Follow these instructions to post:

• Click on Employers under "Are You New to this System?"

You will need to first check to see if anyone from your organization has registered with us previously. Type the name of your organization into the blank box to search the system.

If you are the first to register, you will be prompted to create a username and password so you can log on in the future to post jobs or make edits to your profile. We advise that your username be your email address.
          If you are not the first to register, please choose the "Register as a contact with
          this employer" option and proceed with the profile form, using your email address as
          your username.

• In the Company Description, please provide a brief summary of your organization. It will be visible to potential candidates as they search the site and should not include the job description.

• Once you have filled out your profile, you will see a link to "Post a Job or Internship." Click on this and fill in the form to post an internship, part time or full time job with us. The posting will be reviewed and you will receive an email confirming its status in our system. Your posting automatically expires in 30 days unless you select a different option on the posting form. You will receive an email notification when your job expires.

Please remember to log back in and close your posting if you have filled the position or if any of your contact information changes.

eCampusRecruiter is the first place we send our students and alumni to look during the job and internship search process, so please take advantage of this free service. We do not accept paper versions (such as flyers) for job postings on our campus. Our site is strictly for students and graduates of Queens University of Charlotte.
