Reservations for these rooms may be made under the following conditions:
- Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis
- A room may be reserved for up to three hours at a time
- No one individual or group may reserve a room more often than once-a-week
To reserve a study room, please call x7117 on-campus or 704-337-2401 off-campus. Room reservations may also be made at the Public Services Desk.
Everett Library's Instruction Lab and Mac Lab are available for reservation by faculty members only and under the following conditions:
- The Instruction Lab and/or Mac Lab may be reserved during the hours of 8:30am to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend reservations are not available.
- Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis--no standing reservations will be taken.
- At least 24 hours notice of a reservation is required.
- Both labs have a 14-seat maximum capacity.
- Both labs are equipped with projectors and screens.
To reserve the Instruction Lab or Mac Lab for a class, please call Everett Library at 704-337-2401 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. |
